When is the best time to shop for prom dress?

Now! You are asking yourself the question, are you ready to meet us?

All year long before the ball, you can come and choose your dress. In many schools, girls do not want to wear the same dress, the same color, as another friend, so you have to be the first to choose your dress.

Are you more of a fashion-forward type? Avant-garde*? More classic? A little retro? To each his own.

How far in advance should I shop for my wedding dress?

A wedding dress is shopped as soon as possible; the request is made and accepted, you have confirmed the date and location, now it is time to think about the dress.
Usually 12 to 18 months before the wedding date, depending on the quality, availability and alterations to be made to the dress.
Do you want a new dress, designed just for you? Or a ready-to-wear dress that is more economical. These factors can vary the time a lot.

How many guests can accompany me?

For a prom date: The graduate can ideally be accompanied by a maximum of 3 people.

For a wedding appointment: The bride-to-be should ideally be accompanied by her procession, the mothers of the bride and groom or at least her best friend.

On a first date, can we try on dresses?

Yes, during the first appointment, you can try on the models that interest you. A first appointment is an opportunity to discover the store and meet its team and your advisor. In order to choose not only a dress, but one of the most important dresses of your life, to put all your trust in the company and the team that will accompany you until the big day. You will be advised, but above all listened to. You will discover yourself in sumptuous dresses and will be able to choose your favorite, surrounded with emotion by your loved ones, the procession.

Why are in-store sales “final sale”?

At JAGA we focus on pressure-free advice. Our advisors and stylists will help you choose your dress. So you choose the right dress for you. It is a considered choice. You will not buy a dress on impulse.

What if I want to talk to someone?

We want to talk to you too! Contact us if you have any questions, concerns or comments. We will make sure to respond within 48 hours. Please note, however, that inquiries sent on Friday will be answered the following Monday, but possibly sooner. And if we haven't followed up with you... call us directly at the store 450-436-1162 during store hours.

We match the competition's prices

JAGA Boutique will match the price of each item, if found on another authorized Canadian website!

Order

What size should I buy?

If you are unsure about the right size for you, please check out our size guides. They are located below the available sizes for each of our products. If you have any additional questions, please contact us. We will ask you your typical size and how you like to wear your tops, shorts and pants so that we can suggest the best size for you!

Can I cancel my order?

We totally get it, we change our minds too! As much as we would like to, once an order is placed we are unable to change or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window sometime in the future. If the item(s) do not work out, be sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. Return shipping is at your expense.

Delivery

We use all major carriers and local delivery partners. You will be asked to choose a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that our Order Fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping costs are non-refundable in the event of a return.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping charges will apply and will be added at checkout.

What are the delivery times?

AnswerUsually your dress requirement is for an event planned in advance, therefore for a future need, which leaves us time to obtain certain models which are only available on order.

For products available in store immediately: Processing 3 to 4 business days + 5 days delivery. For products available in warehouse in Los Angeles: Transfer 2 weeks + 5 days delivery. For products in preparation in Los Angeles: Less than 3 months + 2 weeks transfer + 5 days delivery. For preparations on demand: From 3 to 9 months depending on the case + 5 days delivery.

When the product arrives in store, we will contact you to let you know that your order has arrived.

You then have the choice of coming to the store:

To try it and pick it up. To try it and leave it for preparation and alteration (additional fees). To have it stored in the cedar cabinet. (fee of $35/month). To have it delivered to you.

What if my package was lost, stolen or damaged!

Oh no! Please file a claim with the carrier first, then contact us with your order number. Once we receive the information, we will work together to find the best solution.

Can I return an item purchased online?

GENERALLY ALL SALES ARE FINAL, BINDING AND ACTUAL, BUT...

At this time we do not accept returns for a refund , only a credit note or exchanges of goods may sometimes be possible. See our return policies in store.

Can we make a return in store?

Generally, a dress or an item purchased in store cannot be returned especially if the purchase was made without pressure and with the help of our advisors and stylists. But as there is always a but... Consult our return policies in store.

Return of an online purchase , in store, following approval by the satisfaction service, it is sometimes possible to return an item purchased online directly to the store. Consult our in-store return policies.

I am expecting a refund. How long does it take?

At this time we do not accept returns for a refund , only a credit note or exchanges of goods may sometimes be possible.

The only reasons we would issue a refund:

If we could not receive the ordered product before the initial date of your event.

If you cancel an order within the prescribed time.

We love our fabric quality like we love our sleep quality: premium. We source and manufacture our garments all over the world based on where we can find the highest quality fabrics and excellent factories that can produce garments to the standards our customers expect.

We partner with world-class manufacturers who are committed to fair and equitable practices. As we grow and increase our manufacturing volumes, this will continue to be a priority for us. When selecting a supplier, we choose designers who are best in class for their quality and respect for fair labor.
